My buying experience was less than pleasant. First, The salesman who invited me wasn’t there when I decided to come so I dealt with another one. I went alone, mistake #1, and ended up feeling pressured to salesman who invited me wasn’t there when I decided to come so I dealt with another one. I went alone, mistake #1, and ended up feeling pressured to make a decision faster than I was comfortable with by the new salesman. Mistake #2 was signing a document that said my deposit was non-refundable. The car overall was a bit overpriced but that generally happens when you buy from a dealer. Then the salesman wrapped a warranty into the price of the car and refused to lower the price of the car by the cost of the warranty when I said I didn’t want the warranty. When I picked up the car the next day the windshield had a star/rock chip in it. They did “repair it so it wouldn’t spread” but the star is still visible and in my line of site when driving. I actually had to go back and forth to them about 5 times to allow them to fix things that they had not finished doing before I took possession(I won’t do that again) but at least they did fix what they said they would. I bought the car in March(right before Covid-19 put us into shelter in place) It is now July, and the car is running okay. My mechanic said the car needs the transmission oil changed out because it is dirty... they should have changed it since the car is 13 years old. Also the auxiliary connection and usb connection are both not good- I have to wiggle the cord or pull it in and out until I get a connection ... they obviously did not check these out before selling car to me. Would I buy from this dealer again?... maybe. I believe they have good cars but just be sure to do your own research on whatever vehicle you are interested in buying and know it’s value for sure. Although the sales associate, Perry, was great and went above and beyond, the first manager I talked to, Adrian, was extremely rude and demeaning. 3 cars ago I stopped dealing with this dealership and had above and beyond, the first manager I talked to, Adrian, was extremely rude and demeaning. 3 cars ago I stopped dealing with this dealership and had hoped their culture had changed. It was NOT a good experience. I did buy a vehicle and am pleased with it. I will add that the finance manager was also very sweet and helpful. In addition, when I got home I saw that they had sent me an e-mail saying you get a huge big screen TV with a new vehicle purchase. This was never offered to me. More

Excessive fees Bought a used 2016 Scion iA for 16,880 out the door (980 in sales tax) Internet price was 13,300. They decided to add 2,200 in "dealer preparation Bought a used 2016 Scion iA for 16,880 out the door (980 in sales tax) Internet price was 13,300. They decided to add 2,200 in "dealer preparation fees" to pad their pockets instead of helping a first-time car buyer out. I was tired when I was buying it, never let them pressure you or lengthen out the process to wear you out. Know I am seeking legal council against you at this time and am continuing spreading awareness against you. I have already turned many potential customers away scouting around. I hope it was worth the 2,200. This car had low mileage, at only 13,500 when bought but mind you this car was 3+ years old, warranty expired. They had the nerve to shove a 2k extended warranty on me, bringing the total sum to 18,800. This is more than a new 2020 toyota yaris. This is a 2016 yaris ia, Mazda no less and somehow it lost 0% of its value. Interesting. Lost 8k in depreciation in 8 months. That is impossible, and can only be explained by excessively over-charging. I will never forget this lesson and I will be sure to return the favor in full. Make no mistake, I am breaking ZERO laws, I merely tell people you have ripped me off with excessive fees. Where is the lie? More
