The most disappointed and disrespectful dealership Ive ever been to. They put the price on cargurus as 50-52k for the supra. Coming in, it was charged 64k. But this place falsify their price, disgusting business. And they told me that how business works. I dont know what business works like that, put one price means the other. Then I tried to make the deal happened, charged me as the msrp, even though saying it was discounting. What it really is taking off the markup. The worst experience ever. I would not recommend you guys to come here for fake ads. Please consider it. More

Horribly overcharged, given used car w/ undisclosed damage Quick note: They deleted my previous review, I'll just keep returning so everyone knows about you! Horribly overcharged, given used car w/ two undisc Quick note: They deleted my previous review, I'll just keep returning so everyone knows about you! Horribly overcharged, given used car w/ two undisclosed damages, (leaking wheel cylinder and destroyed rear seat latch), they refuse to give me any help whatsoever, they failed to disclose the 30-day fix/return policy, they failed to disclose the initial reversal period of 24 hours or whatever it was if I didn't like the car after buying it, I was given a FAKE CarFax report which said it had REGULAR oil changes, when that was a total utter lie The manual says to replace the oil every 4 months/5000 miles for extreme use, or 6 months/7500 miles for regular use (mostly highways), this "regular oil changes" label VANISHED when I requested my own carfax report on this car and the oil intervals seems to have changed on the reports for the 1st owner's time of use. The finance manager tried plopping "free" extended warranty by hiding it in the "FINAL" price, which I had to remove later from the loan. I don't get how there aren't any laws against this kind of nonsense. This is insanity, pretty sure what the finance guy did it illegal, though xxxx car even has an undisclosed dent in the back that didn't chip any paint so it wasn't as obvious. Always take friends/family if you ever dare go into one of these dealerships because they will try to rip you off at hard as possible, and I mean HARD HARD HARD Remember to SAVE the specific entry of the car you're looking at online with its price so you have some sort of leverage and always get your own financing!! They manager was kind, but probably because he knew they were bleeding me dry on a raw deal More
