It was my first oil change for my new Sienna . They gave me the car without rotating the tire and filling the air. When I checked the receipt this dealership charged to Toyota $132.35 for oil They gave me the car without rotating the tire and filling the air. When I checked the receipt this dealership charged to Toyota $132.35 for oil change , tire rotation, top up the fluids and checking hybrid batteries . Once I raceived my car back I noticed that tire rotation was not performed and not fill the tire pressure . I noticed this issue to the Service specialist Gregory Harris and he told me technician may forgot that. They took back my car for tire rotation and filling the air. When I received my car after performing the tire rotation they didn’t fill proper tire pressure. I showed them tire pressure is only 33 PSI. Toyota is recommending 36 PSI for my Sienna. needs to do proper care. For filling tire pressure they took back my car third time. I don’t know they properly change my oil and completely check my hybrid battery system because as a customer I cannot see that. Better to go away from this dealership. Service team not doing proper service. Actually my first service is free (Toyota will pay to the dealership), but this dealership was trying to add on different oil than company recommends and trying to charge me another $100 dollars from my pocket. I told them Toyota recommended free synthetic oil is fine for my car. I don’t want to recommend this service center anybody More
