My family and I evacuated from our home during Hurricane Laura. We were already in the market for a used car for our daughter who was a senior in high school. This was her first car and we wanted something safe, affordable, and great on gas mileage.. she wanted something cool and fun. 🤷♀️😂. Well Jose Gonzalez our salesman, our finance guy Paco and the Jose' boss, the sales manager (I didn't catch his name ☹️) made up our dream team. We walked in the door already pre-financed by our own credit union... Jose worked to get us a better APR, no money down and the payments to fit our budget (more importantly, payments that my kid could even afford when she gets a job and takes over her vehicle in a few months). They understood our approach to teaching our young daughter that it's important to work for what you want and helped keep that in mind for her future payments as she moves forward with paying for her own vehicle (with gap insurance-good call Paco ♥️). We drove away with a beautiful 2019 Toyota Corolla LE, a smoky metallic gray exterior and black interior with lots of bells and whistles.. but most importantly great safety features and awesome resale values. As a female, I didn't feel one bit haggled with and it was the first time I can say that I felt 💯 percent listened to Inna car buying transactions and I have bought a few in 42 years of living... Thanks Toyota if Dallas. We will be back!!!! More

Worst experience. Most of the people here are liars. Poor Customer Service This was our eighth Toyota purchase and the worst sales experience yet. My wife and I have never dealt with the level of disorganization, disregard to time management, and general lack of attention to detail. I began communication with the sales agent at 9:00 am and ended our communication at approximately noon with confirmation of full intent to purchase. Not being able to leave until 5 hours later, and after driving in excess of 2 additional hours to the dealership, it was an additional 2 hours before our vehicle was ready for release (after 9:00 pm). The one positive is I finally got the vehicle that I wanted. More

He followed up on every request we were looking for and was STRAIGHT UP about what was workable and what was not. I feel that as long as you are straight up with him about financials and realistic about the car you want then Derek is the guy at Dallas Toyota. Thank for the new car! More
