BUYER BEWARE!!! Toyota of Dallas delivered a supposedly brand new 2020 Camry to my 72 year old father at 9pm. (due to COVID he didn’t want to go into the dealership). The car had severe scratches all over brand new 2020 Camry to my 72 year old father at 9pm. (due to COVID he didn’t want to go into the dealership). The car had severe scratches all over the hood and roof...this was a BRAND NEW CAR! Due to the vehicle being delivered at night my dad didn’t notice, which I have a strong suspicion was the dealers intent since they insisted on delivering it at nighttime and not wait until the next day. When I returned the vehicle to the dealer their explanation was “how do we know he didn’t do the damage” and basically there wasn’t anything they could do since the vehicle was now “used”. The only remedy they offered was taking the car as trade in on another new vehicle but they offered thousands less than he paid only 48 hours earlier!!! This was the 4th vehicle my family purchased from Toyota of Dallas and for sure my last. This was predatory behavior and flat out taking advantage of the elderly. We have hired an attorney and complaints will be filed with any and all regulatory agencies that regulate car dealers in Texas. Not at all happy with Toyota of Dallas and I strongly recommend Toyota shoppers to find an HONEST TOYOTA DEALER because Toyota of Dallas IS NOT HONEST. More

My military rebate ($500.00)was not given , even after I informed 3 employees, mis Rojas, George (sales manager) Paco Garcia ( financial). Took my money , no cars. Sales director was not available to lend us a car while ours was in transit. I guess cell phone was inoperable. Kept us there for 4 hours. And no car. The Toyota web site states military retirees are eligible for the discount. Employees mis informed states only Active Duty are eligible. Suggest ready” Customers for Life” by Carl Sewell... Hopefully our vehicle gets here on Monday... $500.00 x 1.9% x 70 months... Robert Garcia in service is not customer orientated. he states there not the ones to service my Highlander More
When I originally arrived the car we came to see was not on the lot. I was told before I made the 3 hour drive that the vehicle was on the lot. When I showed up they pulled a random car to the front as if that is what I called about. Bait and switch to the highest degree. The salesman we worked with was great though. My wife actually found another car on the lot she ended up liking and we made a purchase rather quickly. But I still have a bad taste in my mouth from the blatant lie the girl on the phone told me. She went as far as to call me back after my original phone call to say she went out on the lot to verify the car was there. When I arrived she quickly handed me off to our salesman. I was angry and may have been a little rude to him in the beginning. In the end he earned our business but its unlikely I would ever do business here again. More

Derek Oh did an excellent job! I was extremely frustrated with the car buying/leasing process prior to speaking with Derek. I had been to about 7 dealerships in the Austin area and I experienced all the typi with the car buying/leasing process prior to speaking with Derek. I had been to about 7 dealerships in the Austin area and I experienced all the typical sales tactics. It was always a long drawn out process, I couldn't get specific answers, and all the basic models were in the $500 per month /36 months / 10,000 miles per year with $4,000 down range. Derek shared the incredible deal $285 per month / 24 months / 12,000 miles and $0 down that Toyota of Dallas was offering on the Tacoma and never tried to deceive me in any way. My wife gave the go-ahead, which is a pretty big deal since she's from the Detroit area, and getting a vehicle outside of 'The Big Three' is almost taboo in her family. I was able to complete the entire process via text and an online application. Derek even drove the truck down to Austin the next day, which went above and beyond what was expected! I will definitely be contacting Derek for my next vehicle purchase. More

We were more than pleased with our purchase of a Camry 3 years ago. However, we are not at all pleased with the service dept. The first year was fine, but after that they began preforming services and cha years ago. However, we are not at all pleased with the service dept. The first year was fine, but after that they began preforming services and charges we did not understand. Such as replacing the brake fluid at 12,000 miles. Today we "tried" to talk to Darren Dortch, managing partner, about our warranties , he told us we should have looked into that 3 years ago, and why would we wait until now to ask questions. He was incredibly rude and sarcastic to me. His tone of voice and body language told me that he did not have time to talk with me and basically said "LET THE BUYER BEWARE." I will not be returning to that service dept. More
