My car buying experience at Toyota of Dallas has to rank right at the top. Having bought some 35 - 40 cars over 50 years and expecting the usual runaround on price and "extras" I need after the sale, I was right at the top. Both the sales and finance representatives were professional, helpful, friendly, with no BS. I would buy again at this dealer and recommend them to anyone else. More

Do you trust Toyota dealerships? Do you want to buy a car ? Are you not fully aware about how to avoid fees? Did you leave your lawyer at home ?Do you want to pay over and above the cost of the car? The ? Are you not fully aware about how to avoid fees? Did you leave your lawyer at home ?Do you want to pay over and above the cost of the car? Then this right here, is the Toyota for you. It is where you will be charged $2600+ in dealership preparation fees and another $1500+ fee that the Toyota dealership can't explain. From it being a club plus fee, to "Oh sorry that was a fee requested by the bank." Note that Toyota financial services now allegedly fines people for having a short credit history. If Toyota Financial Services really charges fees people for credit issues then I think that's illegal.(The attorney general should look into that). Ps these 2 fees were slipped into the the car price so it went from $14,400 to 18420 with the extra $4k being called "options" but not appearing on the sales contract. Welcome to Toyota where the person that sells you Zaktek protection but won't tell you that you can't cancel it once you sign on the dotted line. (If you are keeping count that's $5200+ random not fully explained fees.) So if you expect someone to fully explain the what, why, and where(s) of the car you're interested in here, either make your purchase else where or just come with a lawyer to keep this lot honest. I signed the contract and that's fully on me but the shadiness and lack of transparency here is outstanding. When Drake said you caught me slipping so what? He wasn't dealing with these guys because he would be paying $23000 for a car worth $14400. So summary. $4k fees added on with the salesman claiming $1500+ was for club plus then claiming it was requested by the bank for short credit history when heavily questioned and then hiding the document with the breakdowns. Zaktek protection with no proper explanation. If -ve stars existed these guys would deserve them. Highly don't recommend. Y'all be safe when you shop here. More

If you purchase a new car, would you expect scratches on the whole body? No, right. I saw the entire car had scratches and I was really upset with the type of service this people gave. The manager started lying and said the color is like this you are expected to get scratches. The sales people are probably liers and do not stand on their word. This is my first car, aI wpuld advise to pay extra and go to another dealership. CHEATERS out here. More

I was looking to lease a 21 Tacoma and found Leasehacker on google. I then saw all the chat forum with people working with Derek. What caught my attention is the 1 pay lease of $4,700 out the door for a bra on google. I then saw all the chat forum with people working with Derek. What caught my attention is the 1 pay lease of $4,700 out the door for a brand new 21 Tacoma. I then reached out to Derek and he was very professional in communicating with what I was looking for. I have a Toytoa dealer less than 2 miles from me but they could not match what Derek provided me so I droved from Houston to Dallas to pick up the vehicle. When I got there Derek met me outside and showed me the vehicle all cleaned up in the showroom. I was out in 1hr after signing the papers. Make sure when your looking for a Toyota look for Derek and guarantee he will make sure you find the best deal possible. Derek has a way of working out the lease calculation that 3 of my Houston dealers could not match. More
