I was overall pleased with sales representative Jaymes Becker. He was patient, polite, knowledgeable regarding 4-runners. I am currently happy with my purchase. I was surprised that Jaymes and Sales Manag Becker. He was patient, polite, knowledgeable regarding 4-runners. I am currently happy with my purchase. I was surprised that Jaymes and Sales Manager did not know sale price advertised on website - I had to point this out and request revised price quote. However - Toyota of Dallas I was not pleased with. New Sales Manager conducting sales meeting loudly discussing year end numbers to team was a major turn-off. I literally considered taking my business elsewhere. IMO- you do not be-little team members in front of your customers. He was speaking in a very loud, direct tone which could be heard throughout the facility where several customers were still present. My impression, Jaymes was uncomfortable, embarrassed and apologetic for what I was listening to. I have been a longtime customer of the Sewell family. There are reasons why they are top in Dallas in customer service and satisfaction. There are reasons why Toyota of Dallas has a 2 Star status on Yelp and other social media applications. I will consider using ToD for service as my introduction with service advisor Robert Hill was pleasant. Advice - take sales meetings elsewhere, stop using the showroom window as chalkboard for a war room in view and earshot of the most important people inside your building - potential customers. Sales manager should know better. More
