If you purchase a new car, would you expect scratches on the whole body? No, right. I saw the entire car had scratches and I was really upset with the type of service this people gave. The manager started lying and said the color is like this you are expected to get scratches. The sales people are probably liers and do not stand on their word. This is my first car, aI wpuld advise to pay extra and go to another dealership. CHEATERS out here. More

I was looking to lease a 21 Tacoma and found Leasehacker on google. I then saw all the chat forum with people working with Derek. What caught my attention is the 1 pay lease of $4,700 out the door for a bra on google. I then saw all the chat forum with people working with Derek. What caught my attention is the 1 pay lease of $4,700 out the door for a brand new 21 Tacoma. I then reached out to Derek and he was very professional in communicating with what I was looking for. I have a Toytoa dealer less than 2 miles from me but they could not match what Derek provided me so I droved from Houston to Dallas to pick up the vehicle. When I got there Derek met me outside and showed me the vehicle all cleaned up in the showroom. I was out in 1hr after signing the papers. Make sure when your looking for a Toyota look for Derek and guarantee he will make sure you find the best deal possible. Derek has a way of working out the lease calculation that 3 of my Houston dealers could not match. More

Super easy car buying experience. The selection is enormous for pretty much all the models. We dealt with Scott Bolin and Mike Torres. 4 stars only for Adrian. Personally the Toyota of Dallas experience was below poor. Glad the deal got done but not a Sewell experience. I have been in sales for 40 years. The unprofessional display durin experience was below poor. Glad the deal got done but not a Sewell experience. I have been in sales for 40 years. The unprofessional display during your Friday midday sales meeting caused me to walk out of the dealership. Every business has a right to their own culture. Just don’t do it in front of the paying guests. To be fair, the Sewell staff is not much better, but the commitment to customer experience is. The TOD environment is all testosterone and 0% customer. Grow up guys. More
