I contacted Toyota of Dallas to have my windshield replaced due to a rock chip and crack. I have glass coverage through my insurance company, and have always had my vehicles serviced by Toyota of Dal replaced due to a rock chip and crack. I have glass coverage through my insurance company, and have always had my vehicles serviced by Toyota of Dallas. The quote to replace the glass and re calibrate the camera was $1,687.02 that included 4 hours of labor @ $152.50 per hour for calibration. My insurance company contacted me and stated the dealer was ripping me off. The calibration normally takes less than 1 hour. I contacted Toyota of Dallas and ask to see in writing where a calibration takes 4 hours. No one including the service advisor or Service manager Russell Firth could produce anything except it’s a industry standard charge of 4 hours labor. Charging 4 hours labor for something that takes 1 hour is theft of service. More

This is probably the best car buying experience I’ve had in my life. Emari and Shawn we’re complete professionals and took time to explain all the features of the vehicle I bought, gave me more than what I in my life. There wasn’t any “bait and switch tactics“ and I was in and out of the dealership in less than two hours. Emari also followed me back to my home because I realized my garage door opener was linked to the home link on my vehicle and I would not be able to get into my garage for home.(I had locked the deadbolt on my front door and left through the garage) Also, the car I was interested in was cleaned and parked up front when I arrived. I was totally impressed with the whole experience! If you were in the market for a used vehicle, I highly recommend that you go to toyota of dallas and ask for these two gentlemen to help you.
