I hate to say but there is virtually a zero percent chance I would go back to this dealer. I've visited several dealers purchasing and owning Toyota over the past 15 years and this has been the worst chance I would go back to this dealer. I've visited several dealers purchasing and owning Toyota over the past 15 years and this has been the worst experience by a significant margin and I would have never felt the need to say that before. Objectively the sales team poorly described or explained features/add ons, behaved exasperated and impatiently with me, and, what I would otherwise write off as an honest mistake, sent me on my way without a temp tag in place. I had to print off a tag when I got home. I wouldn't trust them to attend to details if this is the prevailing attitude there. There's more but I loathe writing reviews. I do this as a public service. Hope they can do better in the future. More

Amazing service, UNTILL AFTER you buy a car. I bought my car and we had agreed that it would come with a certain accessory that would need to be ordered by them. Weeks without an update (I would call twice car and we had agreed that it would come with a certain accessory that would need to be ordered by them. Weeks without an update (I would call twice a week), ended with them saying that they could no longer provide the accessory. After complaining to corporate Toyota this dealership offered cash instead and I accepted but have yet to receive the cash. That was almost six months ago and now no-one will return my calls. I heavily recommend Toyota of Irving instead. Smaller dealership with less inventory, but better staff. To Toyota of Dallas, I know that you know who I am since you refuse to pick up the phone when I call. Please just pay me the money or provide the accessory so that this can be over. -David C. I enjoyed Fabio and the customer service I received when making the deal for the vehicle, however once I ended up in the finance department it was a half hour til I was seen, then a sales pitch last ditch e making the deal for the vehicle, however once I ended up in the finance department it was a half hour til I was seen, then a sales pitch last ditch effort for the extended warranty package. I said no. The financial manager left the office snd said he would be right back , which took 20 minutes. I sat ready to buy the vehicle. He returns with another last ditch offer and I said I don’t have a brochure or any facts to look at to even make a decision about buying an extended warranty, and I am tired and I want to just sign the dang papers. I must have said no to the extended warranty about 2 times in the sales office and 3 times on the financial office. After a grueling hour snd a half in the financial office I signed off on all the paperwork. More
