First Manager was not very Customer oriented He used a phrase that I think He should not use “You want to prove you are a great negotiator !” and I do not think He was very sympathetic of my feeling . Everyone was very nice and they seemed to be very busy the day I went in. I had previously spoke with a sales manager on the phone before arriving and told them that I was not going to spend hours at the the day I went in. I had previously spoke with a sales manager on the phone before arriving and told them that I was not going to spend hours at the dealership and if that is what they do then I would walk out, guaranteed. I did not have to have the car, I was in no hurry to get a new car and I had no agenda other than gettign in and out as fast as possible with a fair deal for the both of use. They did somewhat honor that deal although I am very frustrated at the whole car buying process. It takes way to long, especially when you have prepaired all your financing and are ready to buy ahead of time. This is not on Toyota of Dallas, this is all dealerships. All in all, I would go back as other dealerships fall short of professionalism. i fond some of the other Toyota Dealerships to be very cheesy. More
Worst buying experience of my life. 1. Was offered 6.99% financing w my perfect credit upon refusal a miracle occured - i was approved for 2.9% 2. Was offered $5000 below pay off 1. Was offered 6.99% financing w my perfect credit upon refusal a miracle occured - i was approved for 2.9% 2. Was offered $5000 below pay off value of Ford Explorer another miracle. My trade had new value 3. Numerous communication verbal/written that i did not want a mechanical/service protection plan. when documents delivered there was charge for $1550 for a mechanical protection plan *contacted finance manger and was told this would be corrected and deducted from loan *He emailed documents to confirm we were speaking of the same thing. My signature had been forged at the bottom of the protection plan. * he stated would FedEx the corrected docs *received Fed Ex the next day - Included was the temporary tags *NO DOCUMENTATION OR CORRESPONDANCE RELATED TO MY COMPLAING 4. "Sales" person that delivered vehicle and paperwork had tattoos on face and an overall unprofessional appearance. Zero knowledge of the auto product or of the selling/finance process I have now contacted an attorney - it appears no onw knows how and is not willing to correct the problem. Numerous efforts to speak to the dealership manger - * he is busy in meetings. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! More
Came in on a Saturday because found vehicle online, was let know vehicle was available. Arrived, got shuffled around, waited for an hour, was let known that vehicle was in body shop and would not be availa let know vehicle was available. Was called, texted and emailed on Monday, with email video of vehicle so wife and I decided to give it another go. Arrived, same thing "Can we see the vehicle".. shuffled around, excuses, vehicle is being test driven.. so after about another hour of patiently waiting left the dealership after letting them know I was arriving and leaving work early.
