Tried to Work a deal out of state, agreed on rate and payment then came to find out they only sent myself and lied to lenders about my income instead of sending both me and boyfriend after I told them it payment then came to find out they only sent myself and lied to lenders about my income instead of sending both me and boyfriend after I told them it needed to be both us on loan. They sent me to 9 different banks also, with lying about my income so if i try to go anywhere else using those same banks with my correct income I will not get an approval. Then told me I could use my own financing but the bank would need to cover my registration and taxes etc because it was too much work for the finance team and back office and the bank would need a to sign something stating they would, not a problem as I work for the bank I was interested in using. I had to put my down payment to hold the truck and mark it as sold, which was $5000, to lock the truck to me. Oh i also has to wait until 10:08 PM to receive that call for the down payment, 2 hours after i had spoke to the sales manager. In the morning I got with my bank who could do the loan with both of me and my bf, for a lower rate. Once I requested that new buyers order everything changed, I couldn’t use my own bank at all after being told I could, they wouldn’t resend myself with my boyfriend to any lenders so we could refinance it in a month with my bank and wouldn’t have to pay taxes twice, because his score was “too low” which it was lower a year ago when we bought our trade at another Toyota lot and got approved with both of us. Very pushy dealership, lies to both you and the banks, which is very illegal by the way. Told me they will refund my deposit, and they are no longer doing the deal with us after i requested the general managers name. So now I have to see if that $5000 actually comes back, Before I can proceed with another dealership and also hope we can get an approval after they sent me to all the major banks with falsified income. Went in looking for a Rav4 and was "helped" by Keith Devereaux. I had an awful experience with him. The music was loud and when he asked if it bothered me I said yes and he claimed there was nothing he Devereaux. I had an awful experience with him. The music was loud and when he asked if it bothered me I said yes and he claimed there was nothing he could do about it. He wanted to talk about financing, how I would pay for the vehicle, and requested to run my credit before I even looked at any cars. When I told him the specifics of what I wanted in a car he said he had to talk to his manager and find a car that fit my needs, 20 minutes later he came back and showed me a Corolla Cross that did not have any of the specifics that I asked for. I was irritated and wanted to look at a RAV4. After walking back inside, he called me moody and claimed I asked for a Corolla Cross. I waited around for another 15 minutes and he still didn't have the keys for a RAV4, I ended up walking out. I was there for a total of 1 hour and only looked at one car, lots of waiting around for no apparent reason. Lots of staff all standing around but nobody wanting to work. More

Totaled my 22 Camry, I have called over a half dozen times and talked on chat 3 times and I haven't had a return phone call yet. Finance Manager's voice mail is full. What do you have to do to get some times and talked on chat 3 times and I haven't had a return phone call yet. Finance Manager's voice mail is full. What do you have to do to get someone to return your call. I need them to cancel my GAP insurance so I can finish getting my car paid off and this will never happen if they don't ever return my calls. More
Said they had rotated my tires and haven’t been. Made a pair of tires rated to go 80k miles wear out in only 30. Who knows if they are even actually changing the oil. Really bad experience with this dealership. Without making this too long, we were greeted by a helpful salesperson who brought in a "manager" to speak with us. I don't know if he was having a bad or what but after introducing himself accordingly began to speak to us in a condescending manner. Saying we don't need the suv we were interested in and wanted us to buy a truck. Also saying we don't understand the meaning of all wheel drive. And lied saying the suv we were interested in was not available in the entire country! My wife who doesn't get rattled to easily became upset and we got up and left trembling. We got a call back saying they can do everything through the phone to get us the car we wanted so we didn't have to encounter that manager again and after days of haggling and agreeing to a deal we were told to come back to sign paperwork which we apprehensively agreed but that was just a ploy. Said the deal was wrong and we had to pay more. And this was after dinging my credit with multiple inquiries. Plus we crossed paths with the original condescending manager which made it worse. When we didn't budge with the increased payments they said the car wouldn't be available for another month and asked if we wanted to look at other cars on the lot. We got up and left the dealership again. So disappointing. Salesperson was helpful but I believed was either lied to or conspirated with her "managers" to get us in the store to pay more then we agreed. Which seems to be their plan from the beginning since we met with that initial "manager". More

They kept my car for a week, I paid for the repair and took my car home. The next day the service advisor called and said they had not repaired my car even though I had paid for the repair. They took my car back and performed the repair. I traveled in my car to California for work and realized that it was still leaking from the passenger transaxle that Toyota of Dallas had repaired. I took my car to a dealer in California and they had to fix the repair that Toyota of Dallas had already charged me for. Toyota of Dallas would not honor their repair work and would not reimburse me for having their mistake corrected. I would not trust Toyota of Dallas for any further service or repairs. More
