This people provided me with one of the worse buying experience one can imagine. They nickel and dime you forever making you wait hours before completing the sale. Still I waited an hour before anyone attended me. Had it not being for a young lady named Rose I would probably still be sitting there. Part of the waiting allegedly was because the vehicle was being detailed. After driving the car home I find that they had barely cleaned anything and the floor mats were missing. After speaking to the salesperson who originally sold me the vehicle he asked me to bring the car in for detailing since he acknowledged they had done a poor job. He also told me that the floor mats would be ready for pick up. Guess what, I still only two floor mats because they couldn't find them. When I arrived home I inspected the vehicle it was still dirty. I wouldn't purchase another car from these folks. Kudos to Rose who was the only person that seemed to care about getting the sale close. More

Not the best experience. I worked with Nico and he was very responsive through text. He sent me a video of the car I was interested in and I felt like that was great. When we got to the dealership however, we were not even showing the car at first. We were at a desk talking numbers, prices, trade-in, and financing. We didn’t even know if we wanted to purchase the car or not. Not the way to make a sale. Then, after we saw the vehicle, he brought out the price sheet and it had a $5000 mark up from the advertised price for ‘reconditioning’. After negotiating we did end up purchasing the vehicle. It needed a repair done, and it was done correctly. My only other complaint would be that there was not a way for me to borrow a vehicle for the time it spent in the shop. Pretty hard with a small child that I have to take around. Unless this is the absolute perfect car and there’s no other one like it in the area for sale, I would go somewhere else. More
