After having a horrible experience at my last dealership, I decided to go toToyota of Dallas. When I came to the dealer, I thought I was going to have to wait for a long time and get bad service. We bought a Toyota Sequoia from Toyota of Dallas and it was comically bad experience. This is a $50,000 car and I hoped to be treated accordingly, instead this was our experience: (note I would have let se was comically bad experience. This is a $50,000 car and I hoped to be treated accordingly, instead this was our experience: (note I would have let several times but my wife wanted this exact model/color,etc despite these morons). 1) We call ahead to be sure car is there and to let them know we are coming out to test drive it. 2) When we get there, no one knows what we are talking about and it takes them 45 minutes to find the keys to car. 3) Finally, they find the keys (how hard can that be?) and they realize the battery is completely dead and it won't start. 4) Takes them another 45 minutes to go find charger and start charging car. 5) After almost two hours, we are finally in the car. Our sales person is covered in latin gang tatoos and knows nothing about cars. I ask him to tell me about the 4WD. He tells me "it doesn't have four wheel drive but we can add that to it if you want." We are sitting in the car so I respond "The 4WD button is right here so it has it." My wife shakes her head. 6) Oh yea, this new car has 880 miles on it. We paid full MSRP because my wive really wanted it but I've never heard of a new car having over 70 miles, much less over 800. My guess is that the dealership mgr made it his personal car for a month or maybe just his date car. 7) Despite all this, we still agree to buy the car. The lating gang guy painfully starts highlighting every page of the manual. He can barely read and this take almost an hour. We finally tell the manager we've been there for 4 hours and just want to leave. 8) We finally cose the deal and they ask us to bang a gong to celebrate, so they bring out this little chinese gong. The latin guy is fired up about hitting the gong. My assumption is that it's his first sale (because no one is crazy enought to buy a car from him) 9) I got home and realized we paid for the 5-spoke high-end wheels but had some really cheap wheels on it that didn't match the picture on the manual. I took it back and they said "they took these wheels off a used pickup because someone wanted the nice wheels." I told them this was misleading to charge me several thousand extra for wheels and then put some old used ones on there. They got nervous and were very quick to find me correct wheels (probably taken off another car). I'm not sure if this was a scam or an accident but definitely weird. 10) Toyota of Dallas figured a way to intercept out rating of them from corporate Toyota. I love Toyota's but their dealerships are poor. Toyota of Irving isn't great either. More

Do not do business with these guys. Once you sign the paperwork they will not even respond to you. We worked with Harold over email to come to a price on a new Highlander. When we got there, we did no paperwork they will not even respond to you. We worked with Harold over email to come to a price on a new Highlander. When we got there, we did not have a problem with the agreed-upon price, and everything went smoothly, until we got to the business office to do the paperwork. We came in with our own bank loan, but Ofelio offered to see if he could do better than 2.75%. He came back and said he could do 1.9%, but only if we got the MPP protection plan. He never offered a Toyota extended warranty. First, he tried to tell us what the monthly payments would be with the loan we walked in with. He inflated those payments, and tried to get us to pay $80 more per month for the MPP plan! We repeatedly asked Ofelio for a breakdown sheet of the costs and fees, but he REFUSED to provide it until final signing. He wanted to play his stupid game with the monthly payment without exposing what he was putting into it. We kept telling him NO, but he kept leaving the room and coming back. I have NEVER had the financing guy push like this before. We finally took it for $5 per month (same plan, but $75 per month less?), being told it would cover ALL scheduled maintenance, replace lost or stolen key fobs, and many other things. Frustrated, we finally took the vehicle home. We would have walked out but we had a baby on the way and didn’t have time to start all over with another dealer. When we got the MPP materials in the mail, we read through it and saw that almost none of what Ofelio promised was in it. If you look through the Toyota of Dallas scheduled maintenance, it lists quite a bit. All the MPP plan would cover was some basic maintenance like fluid changes, NOT the items that are part of scheduled maintenance. Ofelio specifically called out the 30,000 mile service. It DID NOT cover key fob replacements, or many other items that Ofelio promised. I went back for a refund of the MPP plan, since you have 30 days for such a refund. I stopped by the service department to get their opinion of what Ofelio had promised. They had never heard of the MPP plan covering so many things, and couldn’t offer an explanation of why they were promised. I wanted to talk to the manager, but he no longer worked there, so I went to the finance department to get my refund processed. The new guy kept trying to get me to switch to another MPP plan without an extra price, again promising it covered these things. I finally requested the plan paperwork, showed him in black and white that the plan did not cover these things, and he had me sign refund paperwork and said it would be credited to the loan. There has been no activity, no refund to the loan, and I cannot get anyone at the dealership to even look this up. The finance department at Toyota of Dallas are snakes and steer clear! I will have to take this up with the BBB for any hope of a resolution, and I will warn Toyota of what this dealership is doing to their brand. More

I am a single mom and I was scared to death to buy a car by myself but I was lucky enough to have David answer my email. He made the deal so easy. My father and I went to Toyota of Dallas to purchase my first vehicle. When we got there we were greeted right away and a salesman was able to help us promptly. Overall, they had a great selection. I didn't know what kind of car I wanted and what would be best for a first car. My salesman, Nicholas Madl, was very knowledgeable and explained what was best for what I was looking for. He was able to answer every question! He was super friendly and easy to talk to. I'm still building my credit but he was able to work with the managers to get me a great deal. I ended up taking home a corolla s and am highly satisfied. I'll always stay with a Toyota because of how reliable they are. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone! More

Toyota of Dallas has the best inventory, my salesman was Murat and he did an excellent job, he really listened to my needs and got me a Camry for the price I wanted. I had heard about the dealership's new ownership so I decided to give them another shot for my 2nd vehicle purchase. The service was amazing! My salesman Cody Freeman was so awesome in helping me choose a new Toyota. There was no pressure to purchase and they gave me an awesome deal on my trade-in as well as my new 4Runner. I left there with an amazing new vehicle and with the feeling that I did not get jerked around or ripped off. I HIGHLY recommend everyone visit Toyota of Dallas. More
