World class customer care What distinguishes Toyota of Dallas is genuine customer care. I could choose to have our RAV and Prius serviced at two other Toyota dealers that are What distinguishes Toyota of Dallas is genuine customer care. I could choose to have our RAV and Prius serviced at two other Toyota dealers that are closer to our home but because of the exceptional personal attention I receive when taking our cars to Toyota of Dallas, I drive further and fight the 635 traffic because I know that I'll be treated right. I want to pay special tribute to Service Manager Eric Sanchez and Service Adviser Danny Rivera who went to great lengths to resolve a service issue I recently had with my Prius. These guys are not only professionals but they care about the customer and work hard on his or her behalf. The dealership philosophy is obvious if you sit in the waiting room and simply look and listen. It's not just the customers who are treated with care and respect. You can see an energy and camaraderie among employees, as well. You do have a choice in where you buy and service your vehicles. Toyota of Dallas is my dealership.
