I had an excellent experience at this service department. They were thorough. There was no high pressure to accept recommended services. They completed the work within the promised time. Apparently they wanna be smart with you and they dont even look for you when your car is ready. I didn’t even knew who was my supervisor because he never came to introduce himself. So i had to ask the ladys that check you out for information about my car . They had better servers for sure. I would have to think once again if I should come to this location. Horrible customer service More

Called to ask about a few vehicles on their website and what the out-the-door price would be. The woman on the phone said the price is always the online price plus an additional $1,995 charged to clean and get the car ready to be sold, but they can "usually take that off." I said fine, send me the OTD price on a few specific vehicles based on the internet price without that fee and that I would be calling her in a few days after comparing those with others I was looking at. She agreed, but the next day I was hammered with calls from other people at the dealership asking to "confirm your VIP appointment." I finally got the OTD price on one after asking again multiple times. The guy who finally understood when I told him I was swamped with work sent me a picture of an OTD price and then after a number of additional texts, asked what he could do to get my business *today.* I told him that being pushy was the easiest way not to get my business at all. He then started blowing up my phone with texts to tell me how wrong I was and that he was a SALES MANAGER not just some lowly salesman. Don't expect to get treated well here. They are clearly like all the other Berkshire dealerships. Go to a family owned or closely held dealership instead. I did finally call and talk to the actual general sales manager and provided feedback. He agreed to "take me out of the system" so that no one could call me anymore and then asked me to contact him directly if I needed anything. A nice gesture, but I'm definitely not going to be buying a car at that dealership. I would gladly spend $10,000 more somewhere else after that experience. The new GSM has only been on the job a few days, so hopefully he can fix the dealership. More
