Matthew Huete did an awesome job at staying engaged with what we wanted and needed not just a vehicle for our lifestyle but for our price point and budget as well. He kept it a very streamline process as we what we wanted and needed not just a vehicle for our lifestyle but for our price point and budget as well. He kept it a very streamline process as well as a very organic process. He was very transparent with approaching the final decision from multiple things to consider and I couldn't be happier with the decision to go with the new tacoma! He definitely not only earned the sale for just that day but has definitely earned me as a customer for life! Thanks again Matthew and TJ and as well as the financing team and thank you for setting me up with the matainance perks as well. I know I'm in excellent hands. Thank you again Toyota of Dallas More
I don’t leave bad reviews but this one was needed. This dealership is not friendly. They make you think they are by enticing people to come in. Well when you choose not to buy a vehicle from them they This dealership is not friendly. They make you think they are by enticing people to come in. Well when you choose not to buy a vehicle from them they show their real selves and are xxxxxxxx. We bought a different brand vehicle at a different dealership. Toyota of Dallas has constantly harassed us even after we told them we already bought a vehicle and we don’t want them calling anymore. The xxxxxxx called again at 10:30pm at night and told us that when our new vehicle breaks down to come see them. This is not good customer service. Very shady and I would never buy a vehicle from people like this. More
Can I rate a ZERO for service and mechanical repairs? DO NOT COME HERE!!! Find another Service Dept. I brought my vehicle in four times in the last 3-4 months with the same issue. Repeated diagnostics DO NOT COME HERE!!! Find another Service Dept. I brought my vehicle in four times in the last 3-4 months with the same issue. Repeated diagnostics, multiple repairs (all in the same area of the vehicle), one technician didn't attach a hose he installed, and after the second visit, they stated the car was fixed but the check engine light turned on in their parking lot. The problems continued. The fourth time I dropped off the vehicle for the same issue, a representative called me and asked me to pick up my car. He stated nothing was wrong and it drove perfectly. I persistently requested that they stop test driving it and actually look under the hood at the components previously repaired. A couple hours later, I received another call and was told due to the first repair, the engine is now failing and I need a new engine. I can't imagine what would have happened if I drove it home, as they requested. WOW! I spent $4,000.00 on repairs (which basically goes down the drain, as those were part of the engine) and now I'm being quoted another $10,000 for an engine install...for a total of $14,000! They misdiagnosed my car three times previously. The service team also acted like they didn't believe me, and it was not a quality customer service experience. It felt like a scam from the start (and all of my service receipts/backup documentation confirm these facts). I also received a voicemail confirming that the engine failure is due to the first repair in June. I truly thought the dealership would provide quality customer service and work with customers. This is beyond upsetting. Based on my four negative experiences, my vehicle is now being repaired by a reputable mechanic. Although I never post negative reviews online, I felt like it was necessary, and this entire situation has been a nightmare for my family. On a positive note: John Moen and Greg are rockstars. Both were on vacation during this nightmare so they are truly exceptional (and I have nothing negative to say about them). I hope management takes care of them!!! I can't thank them enough. More

The final straw was finally getting a manager on the phone about my issues and him yelling at me and my wife like a idiot. Guess who ended up being right???? ME. Thank God this deal is over and the truck is finally registered and tagged. More

Called them right away with Lewisville technician Brian to explain everything, and wait in Lewisville location for a day. Called them several times during the day to get an update. I understand those things may need time to go through. However nobody from Toyota Of Dallas ever reached me for the rest of the day and same for the rest of the story. They never ever called me. Clearly this is their attitude. By 5pm I have no choice but let Lewisville to fix it by paying $700. Then called many many times after, again nobody cares just told to wait and will have someone to contact me. By now 2 weeks passed, didn’t hear anything. Called again today 10/19 and finally reached to the service manager Russell Firth. He blamed me didn’t reach to him early and approved the oil pan change in Lewisville. How ridiculous? Should I live in Lewisville dealership for 2 weeks and wait for your decision?? And seems like he didn’t know my story at all until the call today. Don’t know how they communicated… this is how they do business. Need a solution and my $700 reimbursement!! More
