My advisor Greg was a great friendly person with enough knowledge. They did a multipoint inspection which was not very authentic. He was helpful in updating/correcting my record. My record has been wrong for many years and he finally corrected it. Other past service advisors said they would take care of it, but never did. Greg was the one who took care of it, so thank you Greg! More

This dealership is about a 10 minute drive from where I live, but I would sacrifice the convenience for better service going forward. They have a shuttle service, but it’s not even reliable because it take live, but I would sacrifice the convenience for better service going forward. They have a shuttle service, but it’s not even reliable because it takes hours to even get to you, and while you wait you sit in an extremely uncomfortable seating area that looks and feels like it’s never been cleaned. I’ve been here to be serviced twice and both times the entire service department was very inattentive. I was not acknowledged once; the team would rather banter amongst themselves than be attentive to the paying customers. I’ve had better service at every other dealership I’ve been at (Ford included) More
