Thank you for responding back to me regarding my experience that I had with the Dealership MY first problem was they were charging $2400.00 more over the original selling price I told him I wasn’t going to pay that amount so we agreed to go half. I asked what that money was for and they just said for tires oil change inspection etc That was a lie They only put one tire on the back and it was an off cheap brand I went to Discount Tire and paid $318.52 to replace it NEXT the truck being just over a year old had originally nice floor mats They were missing Ordered new mats from Toyota cost $149.02 THIRD No extra key fob you the dealer had some key guy come in the next day and for $185.00 dollars I had to pay Two days later I discovered it doesn’t work Can not get a hold of this person Now I have to go today to another locksmith to have the correct key fob made TOTAL spent so far $652.65 NOT counting the $1200.00 I had to pay for nothing SO you can see why I am upset Gary Coleman

Overall, the experience at the beginning should make the customer feel comfortable and confident that their car is in the best hands. That what you see or what is very observable pales in comparison to the service that is being provided behind the scenes. I got my vehicle back with needing to put my seat all the way back up from a large person with the AC on blast. Disappointing.
