Part of the 5K service on my vehicle was Tire Rotation. They did not even check and inflate my tires to the recommended pressures. They changed my side mirror settings and my driver setting was changed! More

I found an additional issue. Part of the 5K service was that all fluids will be checked and topped off as needed. Well my windshield washer fluid was low and was never topped off. I am starting to get an impression that this prepaid Toyota service plan I was sold by the Toyota finance staff is not worth it? OR is it this specific Toyota of Dallas service department that has below par service.
