I always get fast friendly service, every time. I have no complaints ever about the service performed on my vehicle. I've been doing business with Toyota of corvallis since it was john and Phil's Toyota back in 1985. My first purchase from them being a 1982 Toyota corolla. And a handful since, my most recent is a 2022 Tundra and a week after that purchase we bought my wife's 2022 Toyota Rav4. They have both been great vehicles. The customer service was excellent, the vehicle maintenance service remains to be excellent and we, my wife and I intend to stay customers of Toyota of Corvallis. More

I needed an oil change, but found out (actually reminded me) that my front Brake pads were extremely thin and should be replaced with the rotors machined flat. This was a big help because I was going to drive 1500 miles to see the Total Eclipse. Not possible without the brake work. Also, they were as curious as me as to why one of my tires was losing about 10 psi per week. Since I got my tires from this dealer, no charge for investing that problem or for rotating the tires! Sweet! They are very nice and friendly at the dealership. They have never pressured anyone in my family to buy a car. They are always interested how the family is doing and when we buy a new car it’s always to solve a problem that we have with our transportation (bigger car to transport teenagers on the frisbee team or swim team or skiing with a couple other teenagers our own child (sorry “young adult!”) wants to bring with! Or someone wants to get rid of their sedan for a sportier vehicle! More
