I bought my 2024 Tacoma here while I wasn't thrilled with the price I do love my truck. However, I will not return to the service department. I have called multiple times with issues, and they were busy, so I left messages that were never returned. I dropped my truck off this morning for service and tried to talk to my service tech about my concerns, he blew me off without so much as a conversation. I did not get his name. I will say the last time I came in for service Huston was very helpful, but I have not had good luck with the rest of the service department.

We are very pleased with our new Toyota Sienna. The best part was the friendly prompt and professional job done by Maya at the Corvallis store. She made it a great experience.

Thank you so much to Alex in Service at Corvallis Toyota, he really went the extra mile for us, reading our car contract and making sure we were covered for what we purchased for our car contract! Our car is a 2024 Toyota Prius Prime, and we are 70 years old. The road conditions are not very good up in the Portland area (tons of big potholes) and we travel up there 3-4 times a week to watch our granddaughter play high school volleyball/to watch our 6 1/2 year old grandson play Little League baseball and soccer/to watch our son coach high school football. Due to road conditions our front left tire got a gash on the side of the tire last Friday going to a football game in Gresham, and when we went back to our car to travel home to Monmouth our tire was flat, on a Friday night at 10:00 pm!!! Toyota needs to rethink not including a small spare tire with new vehicles any more! It was dark, and we were 1 1/2 hours from home with no spare tire!! That is dangerous for most Toyota owners but especially for the elderly. If anything happens to my husband I will sell my Prius and purchase a car that does have a spare tire! This was not a positive experience in our Prius Prime!!!

Superb service. The service department lobby is very comfortable, with many seats, tables, coffee maker, immaculate restroom. I was greeted as I pulled into the service area with my car by Alex and my service was completed, my car was washed, and Alex went over my service details with me very thoroughly. Excellent service!
