Service department needs help!!! Every time I take my car in, they give me my paperwork and say everything looked good or they have no concerns. However, when I look at the papers they gave me, the technician has marked some red boxes on the review sheet. Not to mention they normally check the box saying my front axel needs fixed and they just replaced it a few years ago. I never get a straight answer from them and they always seem to not care. Not to mention, it used to be complimentary for them to wash and vacuum your car, now if you want that you have to pay extra! Their customer service has really gone down the drain! I used to love taking my car in here to get service because the people were great, but since the remodel, I’ve had nothing but issues and poor service! More
