I bought a used vehicle that was missing a hubcap, but was assured that a replaceme The parts and service department here could use major improvement. I bought a used vehicle that was missing a hubcap, but was assured that a replacement had already been ordered and was being shipped in as they were currently out of stock. It didn’t bother me until 3 weeks later when I came back to get my plate and registration, I stopped by the service counter to ask about the hubcap and explain the situarion. They told me that was the first they were hearing about the hubcap, and that they weren’t sure why I was told one was on the way because they always have them in stock, and in fact had them in stock while I was there, but wouldn’t give me one without paying for it. So the parts counter essentially told me my salesman lied to me, then wouldn’t take any action to remedy the situation except for me purchasing it myself. Unprofessional in my opinion. More
