On 8/1/2019 I brought the car in because the @check engine” light had display for three days the week I am a loyal customer at Toyota of Cool Springs. On 8/1/2019 I brought the car in because the @check engine” light had display for three days the week before. My Service Advisor, Joe Fazio, greeted me and immediately recognized me from a previous visit. He diagnosed the engine, gave me an estimate for the service, and called me when my Corolla was ready for pickup. Joe saved me about $100 from his initial estimate by making sure I applied all available savings coupons and by deferring one non-essential item from the list until the next service appointment. Joe Fazio is one of the reasons I will take both my Toyota vehicles ONLY to Toyota of Cool Springs. Thanks, Joe! More

After extensive research, we arrived at a Camry and Toyota as a great choice for anyone, and for my mom, for sure. The safety features and value from 2018 on - finally we knew that going with a new Camry was just a good choice and I feel that making sure we had the latest safety features was something that was best for my mother. Even when you arrive at a decision, though, all the trim levels and options make things a bit confusing. I did my research, but Frederick was there to answer all my questions and make everything very clear, straightforward. He also was quick with all communications. He won the day for me in choosing Cool Springs. He assured me he would take care of my mother, and he kept his word. I can't thank him enough for his patience with me and my mother, and making this a great experience. He went the extra mile even in helping her with transportation the day of the purchase. As you can see in the picture attached, their w THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE!!!!!!!! NEGATIVE 5 STARS!!!!!! I ordered a map light for my 2010 Toyota Prius. As you can see in the picture attached, their website states that the part fits my car. The part arrived and didn't fit. I call to ask for the correct part to be sent to me and the person tells me that my year car can have multiple different possible map lights. He said that I have to pay for shipping to return it and then pay for a new one. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS that their website will allow you to choose a part that could only POTENTIALLY fit your car. And he had the nerve to insinuate that I should have known that I needed to use my VIN number in order to find a part for my car instead of simply searching for the part. If this company had any brainpower at all, they would simply require that you use a VIN in order to find a part number or the website should give you some sort of warning stating that it's possible that there could also be another part for the year of car being searched for. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS GARBAGE PLACE!!!! More

The Land Rover we had didn’t accommodate the car seats as well as I wanted for two. Needless to say I’m not the most car smart person. I know the features I want but a lot of the rest of it seems like a different language to me. When we first went to look at a used car we had a salesman who was nice. However he put a lot of pressure on purchasing instead of really helping us find exactly what we wanted. We also walked in saying we didn’t want to spend over 30,000 on a vehicle and none of the cars we saw were under. Even though we specifically went in to look at one. Well fast forward to waiting till the last minute, easily done with a 14 month old at home and a full time job. I’d found one online I decided that I really liked and wanted to see. I was a little hesitant about returning because I was hoping for a different salesperson and I didn’t feel like that was the most polite thing to do. My husband was working so I asked my dad to go with me because he loves a good negotiation and I thought he was a lot better with being firm than I know I am. Luckily, the first guy that helped us wasn’t there and we ended up stuck with Josh E. Well he actually ended up stuck with us ha. We could not, and let me stress this, could not have been happier with a sales specialist. He was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. I didn’t feel dumb or like I needed to rely on someone else to ask Questions for me. If he didn’t know the answer he was upfront about it and found someone that could answer it. We ended up making him spend the whole day with us going over prices and trade in amounts and he was a trooper through all of the negotiations and stare downs. He was more concerned with making sure we were happy and satisfied than he was making a sale. Even though as about to pop as I am it was pretty obvious he’d get one (ha). I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle!! I am beyond happy with my purchase, payment amount, protection on the vehicle, and everything else that comes from This dealership! Trey was also amazing! We really just couldn’t be any happier with how everything went our second time around! More
