If you buy a new car, make sure that there is no damage on the roof before you drive out. My car had damage on the roof before I bought it and later at home, I discovered it. Long story short, I was caught in a loop of no information and with the damage supposedly caused by me. They claim to want a relationship, but the way I was treated, it seems that they don't want to deal with me. -----UPDATE ------- I was able to speak with the owner, he went above and beyond in handling the issue, clearly presented the information about the delays on the claim with Toyota, and apologized for the way that I was treated for this event as well as the shortcomings that they look to improve on my interactions with the personnel and communications regarding the issue. Clearly, he takes customer satisfaction seriously and made me change the rating to good. I hope people won't experience what I had to but be encouraged that the leadership of this dealership is in the right mindset and will listen, inform you and try to handle the issue in a proper way. More

Kenny was very straightforward and honest with me from the moment our correspondence began. I told him what I was interested in and he told me there weren't any currently available to drive (they were alr the moment our correspondence began. I told him what I was interested in and he told me there weren't any currently available to drive (they were already sold) but if I wanted to come in he would let me take a look at one. When I arrived that morning, they had just gotten a delivery and I was able to look at the vehicle and realized it was the right fit for me. The other two vehicles I was interested in, were pre-owned and he had them available on the lot. One had recently passed the inspection and hadn't been cleaned yet. Once we took it for a test drive and realized this was my car, he worked magic with the other team members and got it cleaned up and ready to be taken home in just a few hours. I never once felt like I was being "handled" by a Used Car Salesman. Everyone at Toyota of Cool Springs was friendly and helpful. I am excited to me part of the family. More
