Kenny Eastman made buying my 2010 Toyota FJ Cruiser a great experience. Toyota of Cool Springs is in a different State , so I was not able to just go look at it without driving 3.5 hrs. I asked a lot of great experience. Toyota of Cool Springs is in a different State , so I was not able to just go look at it without driving 3.5 hrs. I asked a lot of questions and Kenny answered them quickly. He took pictures of just about everything on the vehicle sent them to me so I felt like I had just looked at it in person. My wife and I decided to drive the 3.5 hrs. To look at the Fj. Kenny met us there , showed us the vehicle , answered alot more questions and we bought it. Kenny Eastman did everything he said he would and more. Kenny went the extra mile . I highly recommend Kenny Eastman and the staff at Toyota of Cool Springs. More

Kenny and the folks at Toyota of Cool Springs always find a way to make it happen. I have changed cars more time in the last two years than most folks change their socks, and I haven’t made it the easiest on a way to make it happen. Shoddy work. After the checklist was givivin to that indicated all thanks were full. I drone off and my warning lite goes on fog Low washer fluid 2 tire bolt After the checklist was givivin to that indicated all thanks were full. I drone off and my warning lite goes on fog Low washer fluid 2 tire bolts were hand tightened. I had to re-torque them all. Pathetic and that’s paying over $711. Just drive by this you’ll wait you time money and shoddy mechanics JC More

I wanted to buy a slightly used truck at Toyota of CS. Talked to the salesman and soon found out that I could buy a brand new truck for less than they were trying to sell the slightly used truck for. Wh Talked to the salesman and soon found out that I could buy a brand new truck for less than they were trying to sell the slightly used truck for. When I brought it up, they stated that they couldn't lower the price 2K to even just match the new truck I had told them about. I told them ok, I'll go to the other dealership and buy the new one. I did just that, but couldn't help but wonder if they found a buyer to pay them "new" truck prices. A couple days later, I looked on Toyota of CS website to see if they sold the truck. They hadn't sold it and had raised the price 3K so that when the next person asked for less, they could reduce the price to what they originally wanted for it. SCAM!! I'll never attempt to do business with them again. More
