The 4Runner I bought unfortunately had some dents on the roof that both myself and the sales associate Noe didn’t notice. Jim the Financial Director inspected the 4Runner when I made the purchase and noticed the dents which he immediately informed me of the bad news. He said that he was going to take care of the problem, which he definitely did. The next day he found me the exact same 4Runner and made the exchange without any problems or issues. This dealership is a reputable and honest business and I will most definitely be buying from them again for my next Toyota! More
