Every time we have had service done at Toyota of Colorado Springs we have beenmet with professionalism from the service advisors Randy, Scott, and Kevin, We also feel the service provided by Juan on all of our cars has been exceptional! I feel that when our cars leave they are safe for my family and I 100% recommend the service center at Toyota of Colorado Springs.

I've purchased two new vehicles here (Rav4 and 4Runner) and really, the new owners are the best. We love dropping our car here when it needs a repair. Not that we had any trouble when it was Larry Miller, but it's so much more personal now. They did a great job remodeling the place too. The service team is so wonderful and helpful, and they've never tried to sell us anything we didn't need or tell us our vehicle needed something it didn't need. Recently we had the vehicles in for a tire repair, brake replacement, new tires, alignments, etc., and just mileage checks. They have a lot of new, young faces, and I'm so glad to see our youth at work and being trained for their future. I hope Strat never leaves because he's been so helpful, always smiling and answering questions with so much patience. We really enjoy visiting with everyone from the parts personnel, Adam, to the general manager, Dylan. I just want to say THANK YOU for being so helpful and patient when we come in!

Would you like to purchase a vehicle from a 22 year old on an ipad? Then this is your place! You can expect at least 3 additional visits, because they cannot or will not actually give you a physical print-out of your contract or warranty. They told us that their entire online system lost all data for a week. Sketchiest place I've ever dealt with. There isn't a manager who can even manage an email or a phone call. Just some kid who kept saying 'yeah, totally, I get it.' The other staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The sales staff is apparently, some rich guys idiot kids or nephews.

Toyota of Colorado Springs in Motor City is an excellent place to take your vehicle for service. It all starts, when you pull into the service bay. The people, that meets you at your vehicle makes you feel like the most important person in the world. They make you feel like, whatever the reason you are there it’s important. You have professional like Randy Lee, Scott, and Dan who treats you like family, not a customer. I have owned my truck for almost two years now. Randy Lee or Scott or Dan insure that I leave completely satisfied each time. Randy Lee is my personal service manager, and he gives me a call after each service to make sure everything is running smoothly. There is time, I have to leave my vehicle. They make sure, I get to where I need to be and keeps me informed on the progress of my service. Toyota of Colorado Springs in Motor City is where you should be taking your vehicle. I sure do!
