From June 2nd, 2018 until June 16th Tom and JB have made promises, offered deals, and personally guaranteed they were going to “take care of me”. They’ve done none of those things. Instead, they’ve made excuses, failed to communicate in a timely manner (even thru text messaging and calls to my cell phone), they’ve once sold a car they told me they’d hold for me, they’ve made claims about their lack of awareness of hail damage on trade-in, and they’ve wasted up to 8 hours of my time and I still do not have a new car from LHM Toyota. I don’t know if it’s incompetence, lack of organizational skills, or just outright deceit, but why would anyone preparing to make a several thousand dollar purchase want to deal with salesman that display either of these qualities? Attempting to make a purchase through LHM these last two weeks has been an all around disappointing experience.
