Without a doubt, for the best deal, to be treated professionally, and experience what a dealership should look like and be, go to Mountain State Toyota in Denver, it is more than worth the drive time and gas. I purchased two vehicles from Larry H. Miller in less than 5 years and had a horrible experience each time. I know, dumb of me to go back the second time…it really was more a convenience because I live less than 15 minutes away. I decided to trade my Tacoma in that is less than a year old for a 4-Runner. Before going to Larry H. Miller, I spent less than 30 minutes on the phone with Mountain State working a deal that I was comfortable with. Just to ensure I had the best deal and would rather buy local anyway, I gave Larry H. Miller another shot. After 3 hours of back and forth, they wanted to give me $2,000 less for my trade-in and charge me more money for a lesser model. When I told them about the deal I worked out with Mountain State, they then started bad-mouthing them and told me that they lie and were condescending to me as well. The next morning I drove to Mountain State where everyone was as professional and pleasant as can be, was feed a FREE catered breakfast, spent less than 1.5 hour going over the vehicle and completing the finance, and stuck around for the FREE catered lunch. AND, the deal was just as it was discussed over the phone. If you don’t want more money in your pocket, want to spend more time sitting around a dealership, and be talked down to by management; go to Larry H. Miller. If you want a great deal where you can be in and out, go to Mountain State in Denver…you’ll be sooooooo happy you did! More
