Good customer service I approached the dealership on a Friday evening with a very particular new car request. The following day, the dealership found the exact match and dr I approached the dealership on a Friday evening with a very particular new car request. The following day, the dealership found the exact match and drove over 100 miles round trip to pickup the vehicle. Since I do not live in the Colorado Springs area, the dealership not only drove over 100 miles to pickup the vehicle, they drove an extra 450+ miles to deliver the new car to my home. I was very impressed with their responsiveness to find the EXACT car and their willingness to deliver the new car to me! The only reason for the four-star rating and not five, is like most dealerships, we had to maneuver through the negotiation non-sense. For example, had to fight for the final price, had to fight for a good trade-in and had to dodge the added buy-ups. The renegotiation process left me with a tendency to second guess if I was getting a fair price... If the dealership had been forthright from the beginning on the price, interest rate and trade-in than everything would have gone smoother and I could have avoided the buyer beware mentality. But, like most dealerships, this is what you expect, right??? Someday in a magical world, there will be a dealership that will be completely transparent on the bottom-line fair price where the buyer and dealer can have an honest and straight forward retail experience. With that said, at the end of the day, I was happy with the price and I was extremely impressed with their responsive customer service. More

Bait and Switch at it's finest We met with JB about purchasing a NEW 2018 Toyota Tundra. He seemed very helpful, and gave us a good quote. We agreed to purchase from him, only to find out that he sold us a used vehicle and marketed it to us as a new vehicle. He lied about the mileage, telling us it had 28 miles when in fact it had 2860 miles, lied about the VIN number and price on the quote sheet he gave us, lied about the fact that the vehicle was scratched and damaged both on the inside and the outside. When we called him out on this he simply offered to give us running boards and a bed liner. There was zero acknowledgement of the fact that he had LIED to us about this being a demo vehicle. I had to speak with other sales associates and the manager to explain what had happened to us. Thankfully the manager and another sales associate fixed the problem and put us in a new vehicle, like we had asked for. If you see JB, RUN! He will pretend he wants what's best for you, but will scam you to make a dollar for himself. What he did was illegal, and this dealership should be ashamed to have him and his manager he was in cahoots with (bald and glasses...if you see him, run too). Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else to buy a car. He is dishonest, a scammer, and refuses to admit that he sold us a used vehicle as a new vehicle. More

I gave him a list of everything I was looking for and not only did he deliver, but he came with the best deal out of 4 dealerships I talked to. The deal was so good I had to go see it in person. Jarrod was off the day I showed up but he had a couple other sales consultants help me out. George Hernandez took me for a test drive and answered every question I had about the vehicle. It was impressive how much this guy new about 4runners. Mario Rodriguez got me the final numbers, planned how we could surprise my wife, and closed the deal for me. He also found a bow to put on the 4runner for when we took delivery. He went above and beyond. On a side note Mario also talked me into purchasing trd pro wheels and tires which I was a little hesitant at first but in the end it came out perfect. Originally the color I was looking for was not available and we had pretty much settled on a different color until TC the Manager came through in the last second and found the one I was looking for. It was all the way in Denver but he was able to secure it for me and get it transported down. It was outstanding service from those guys from start to finish. Jarrod got me through the door, George answered the 100 questions I had, Mario took care of all the details and convinced me $3200 rims and tires were worth it, and TC ensured I left the dealership with exactly everything I was looking for. Couldn't of asked for a better experience! More
