There was no working through the situation. I was simply told that nobody at the dealership admitted to taking anything. Case closed for you.This situation was not resolved. Money was stolen from my vehicle while it was being serviced, period. Whether or not anyone will actually admit to stealing, that is an entirely different story - who would admit to it knowing they will lose their job? I won't ever expect any update as both the service manager and the GM showed almost zero concern on this matter. I will never use your dealership ever again.

On November 19th I stopped in to see Kassie. She was not in, but I did talk to EVERTON ALLEN, the floor manager. He listened attentively to the details of my complaint. He was sorry and apologetic about the poor service and said he would take steps to make sure it didn't happen again. I think he was sincere; so I left feeling much better. - Jody
