Christmas Miracle! This last year has been the hardest year so far that I've had to endure. From overwhelming obstacles of debt, loosing family and most of my possession This last year has been the hardest year so far that I've had to endure. From overwhelming obstacles of debt, loosing family and most of my possessions, homeless in a hotel, and being alone for the holidays... this story begins at Subaru, where I waited forever to be assisted, and when I finally got help they had to run an errand. Plans were to meet later that day at a specific time. When I arrived the receptionist said he would be with me shortly. After a 45min wait and still no assistance from anyone I left. He called later when his errands were finished... Meaning someone over there is bad at communication. I went to many dealerships and received very similar treatment. Was it because I don't shop in a suit and tie? Did I smell bad? IDK... (In case dealerships want to know if I visited their establishment. I was the guy wearing an orange beanie Dec. 3erd). With all that said and done, it is crucial to point out that during these holidays Toyota did judge me based off of my attire, nor did they question my wallet size based off of my garb. Their desire to help me made me feel welcome and secure about my decision to get a car, but special mention: they worked with my desire to use this purchase to increase my credit so I can move out of this hotel and into a house! They guided me steps by step through each process and when I came back to get my car they surprised me with tinted windows, free protections all over, and most importantly their accommodating skills on every level were outstanding! Expedient and they've gone paperless with flash ddrivesso you never lose the important stuff! Raffael and his team were fantastic! If you're not buying Toyota, you're not doing it right. More
