This dealership has excellent vehicles and excellent sales staff but buyer beware if you have a mechanical issue with your vehicle the service department is horrendous. I called and talked to ask about sales staff but buyer beware if you have a mechanical issue with your vehicle the service department is horrendous. I called and talked to ask about my vehicles warranty because its acting up and I got nothing but attitude and rudeness from their staff and manager Scott. I then called the GM in hopes for some help, when I reached their GM I was accosted by him and treated as if I was a horrible person. After being yelled at and taking the tongue lashing so I could get my car fixed he was able to help me get the car in. After they found the issue of a bad wheel bearing they informed me it'll be $100 thankfully to my warranty but in replacing it ill have to get an alignment and that will be an additional $110 not covered by the warranty even tho its a must to be done after replacing a wheel bearing. I had to wait on hold for 30 mins in total just to find out the issue after they had the car for 3 hours and some change. So as I said before they have excellent vehicles and an excellent sale team but when it comes to servicing the vehicles they sell they are horrendous and the management will definitely be aggressive with you and rude. Best of luck and buyer beware. More

Nicholas Knight is the best sale's consultant I talked to so far. I tried to work with James and almost lost my temper left the store thinking things please was just a bunch of cons.
