Disappointed and vocal Bought a pre certified 2017 tundra in August. Maybe should have bought from craigslist and would have had a similar situation. I didn't even get a second set of keys when I purchased the vehicle and told to get my own made after having it in the service center for 3 hours! All they gave was the remote part and no key. Lol! Cost me 80 bucks to get an additional key, not to mention all the wasted time. The car was not detailed either. Talked to a manager and no remorse for the poor service. Then they have the nerve to call and see if I want to schedule an oil change at their poorly run center. Plus the windshield whistles! No thank you! 1st Toyota should have stuck with a Suburban :( More

They worked with me to find the right payment option and vehicle for what I was looking for and what I could afford. Quick and painless I just purchased a 2019 Toyota 4-Runner SR5/Premium. I worked with another dealership on price initially, but felt negotiations we're moving too slowl I just purchased a 2019 Toyota 4-Runner SR5/Premium. I worked with another dealership on price initially, but felt negotiations we're moving too slowly. I contacted Jarrod Staggs at LHM Toyota and was able to reach a deal rather quickly. Jarrod was especially polite and professional and provided exceptional customer service. The closing went well, no last minute add-ons or switcheroos, and my wife and I were on our way in about 2.5 hours. I always think maybe I could have a done a little better on my deal.....but that's me. Bottom line is, I felt LHM and Jarrod did their best to get me in the vehicle I wanted, at a price I wanted to pay and they did not try to upsell me, deceive me on optional services or protections, or make any last minute changes to our agreed price. I'm not one who enjoys the car buying experience, so for me, this was as about as good as it gets. Thank you very much Jarrod and Larry H Miller Toyota. More
