The calendar system for appointments doesn’t always work. I bought my 2011 RAV4 at the LM Toyota in South Colorado Springs. I was very impressed until this last year and a half. Evidently, when I call the ser I bought my 2011 RAV4 at the LM Toyota in South Colorado Springs. I was very impressed until this last year and a half. Evidently, when I call the service department for an oil change or other service, I need to write down the name of the employee that made my appointment because they always ask me who made the appointment when I take in my RAV4. The last 2 times, along with one last year, my name and oil change service wasn’t recorded, and I needed to either wait up to 2 hours or reschedule. My recommendation would be to have the appointment service send an email or text to confirm the appointment. My doctors, hair stylists, etc. do this. More

Everton Was Fantastic I needed a car as quickly as possible, and was lucky enough to speak with Everton. At first, nothing was available in my price range with my credit. I needed a car as quickly as possible, and was lucky enough to speak with Everton. At first, nothing was available in my price range with my credit. I went to another local dealer because I needed a car fast. They tried to pressure me into something out of my price range and even told me to pawn some of my belongings to pay their high down payment. I called Everton back and found out that he'd still been looking for something for me within the parameters I'd given him. Every day for almost a week, he kept me updated on new possibilities and eventually gave me the call that they had something. He arranged a ride to the dealership and within two hours he had me driving a car that was not only better than what I was looking at initially, but that I could actually afford. I would highly recommend him and this dealership to anyone who asks, and definitely plan on coming back in a few years when I'm ready to upgrade. More
