Now on the sales side our sales rep (JB) was professional, kind, to the point, and for buying a new car gave us a competitive rate. I was pleased with our purchase price. Additionally their accessories specialist was very knowledgeable in explaining some different add ons we were considering. Cons: Whether it was intentional or not. During the price negotiations we would settle on a price, then he would print out the price sheet and it was incorrect from what we agreed to more than once. Including we settled on a price then he (JB) realized he had the wrong car printed out so it changed the price almost $1500 and acted like it was nothing. Lastly I'm fairly confident the gentlemen that showed/inspected the car with us didn't know a single thing about the 4runner. I did a semi thorough walk thru of the vehicle with my wife and they didn't do anything as far as an inspection goes. More
