Great used car purchase! Pierce was great and he spent several hours past his normal schedule to take care of us. I think he worked an extra 5 hours into the night to ensure we got what we were looking for. My wife and I spent several weeks researching, test driving, and haggling with private sellers and other dealers to find what we were looking for. Upon arrival, he helped us find the vehicle we ended up buying! Able and Paul helped meet our requests/concerns with the deal and they even added on to what they would fix the day after we made the purchase. They replaced the rear brake light the next day when we noticed it was out. The light assembly ended up actually being cracked and full of water. Though we already bought the used car "as is," they didn't hesitate to fix it. They are ordering the whole assembly and are replacing it for free. I will consider going back after this experience. We were able to negotiate for a better price, got personal care, and even ordered added warrantee to a car that already has 130K miles on it. We couldn't be more pleased with our purchase and how it will serve us and our 5 kids. More

Finally glad we reached a deal Originially went to Liberty Toyota to buy a vehicle, and dealt with Dan Hill, who was very nice. After not reaching a deal very quickly in the process, he did the typical bring out the sales manager, who acted like a typical sales manager, and literally didn't even try to make a deal. Just said we were too far away and let me walk. I work in the industry and have for 20 years and have never been let go that easily. Obvious they don't need the business or just plain don't care. A little shocked but whatever. Drove to Motor City to Larry H. Miller's other Toyota dealer, and they literally wouldn't let me leave until they made the deal happen. To me, this is how a car deal should go, work until you reach an agreement. That is exactly what they did. I now have a new 4Runner, and I am very happy. I would not recommend Liberty, as you are just another number. Dan was a great person, but beyond that, no thank you. I will be going to the one I purchased my car from if I need another car in the future. I was literally about to drive back to Georgia to buy just so that I didn't have to deal with the headache out here, but they did right in the end at Motor Way! Derick was awesome! More
