We will never give Larry H. Miller another dime for service or another new vehicle. Towed our 2017 Tacoma in when it stopped running. Turns out fuel pump and computer went out. Nobody. Not a sing service or another new vehicle. Towed our 2017 Tacoma in when it stopped running. Turns out fuel pump and computer went out. Nobody. Not a single person from service called us for a week to update us. Thanks Brad! When we called receptionist said without really checking, it would be ready following day. When it wasn’t ready the following day, nobody would return our calls. We drove 30 minutes to ask about our vehicle since nobody bothered to return our calls. Brad took the day off, service manager on a cruise. James, assistant service manager said everything was covered under extended warranty we paid an additional $2500 for when we purchased the vehicle. When we sat down with James on the couch in the waiting room, he had all paperwork in front of him and was fully aware of what was going on with the truck and then, thanks to Brad’s sole opinion, reneged on what we talked about weeks earlier including the extended warranty being covered. Over a month later and we finally picked up the vehicle. Brad and James are insisting it was bad gas which is impossible since the truck drove perfectly fine for 5 days after filling up and will not honor our extended warranty. Beware! Buy and service your Toyota somewhere else. Bad business practices here. They ooze sugar when you’re purchasing a vehicle and a 2500.00 extended warranty, but God forbid you have to use their service center. Not another dime!
