Will never return I purchased a two oil change service bundle, after one service someone rear-ended and totalled my Highlander. Several months later, my husband made a I purchased a two oil change service bundle, after one service someone rear-ended and totalled my Highlander. Several months later, my husband made an appointment to bring my new Highlander in for the second service and was told there would be a transfer fee for the second service but it would be covered. I was first given an estimate for $600 in unrequired by Toyota maintenance. Then "Chuck" said the bundle would not transfer. He then asked around and said there would be a fee to transfer, but it would not apply to the service today. I said this was already agreed to by Cassie and if they could not do this I would not be returning to Larry H Miller. He seemed to think this was humorous and snickered at me. Then he charged me for what appears to be a new two service bundle so I guess that was what was really funny to him. I am offended and did not deserve this. I have had much better treatment and service at Stevinson West in Denver, will go there from now on even though I only live a few blocks from Larry H Miller. More

I particularly appreciated that although the used car I test-drove and eventually bought was an Audi, Abraham had the answers to my questions specially those related to some of the gadgets the car had. I liked the car so Abraham quickly assisted me with all the paperwork. Michael Caldwell provided me with all the information I needed regarding window tinting. Bryce Bervig made the document signing process a pleasant breeze. While I waited for the paperwork to be completed, it was nice of T.J. and Bill Stahelin to stop by and say hi, and to be offered water and coffee several times even though I was not thirsty. Richard, being the smooth talker he is kept me on the lot long enough for Jaycee to put the toppings on the cake. They took both my trade in's and put me in a truck that was above my initial expectations. I appreciate and commend them on their patience and willingness to make things happen. I'm not the easiest customer to deal with but they kept the ball rolling. In the end I have no regrets and am very happy with the end result. More
