6 places researched... I’d come HERE again in a heartbeat. I’m not a fan of buying a car... mostly because of the leg work. I visited, called, emailed, and texted six Toyota dealerships in the central CO area over the course of two weeks. I had an 18 year old Camry (loved it!) so I was in no rush to find a place I was comfortable with. It would have lasted a few more years easy (they last!). Still, I have a toddler and wanted something a bit more updated. So the search was on. Bryce Bervig (at LHM Toyota - Colorado Springs) was, by far, the best dealer I ran into during this time. I’m from the Denver area, but drove down here after multiple phone, text and email conversations with Bryce as I looked for the exact vehicle I wanted. He gave me the best deal out of all of the places I had been researching and didn’t even make me feel like I had to haggle. He was funny and personable, without coming across like he wanted to make a sale. He was the reason I chose this dealership - and was not disappointed. The unfortunately part with Toyotas, is that they do their job a little too well. My Camry lasted 18 years (and will still, likely, last another 5 after my trade in). I’m hoping to get the same mileage out of my RAV. They will not likely have MY business again for a number of years. But when we decide to trade in my wife’s... I guarantee you - Bryce will be the first person I call. In the meanwhile, he’s easily earned my recommendation for any of my friends, family, or coworkers seeking to buy a new car. More
