Josh was the most ideal person to help us with what we needed. My experience wasn’t all bad and it wasn’t all good. The positives, Austin was accommodating. I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment and he saw me at 1:45. The negatives, my appointment for 2:00 had to be rescheduled as the vehicle was being serviced. The vehicle was not fully detailed and I did not realize that until this morning. No one communicated that to me. When I called Austin and asked if the vehicle was detailed he told me they did the best they could do and I could bring it in on Monday at 8 AM, which will take two hours. I will update the review. I also noticed the vehicle had a ding on the back and asked if that was included with the comprehensive coverage I purchased. Austin stated he would have someone get back to me. I have yet to hear from anyone and it has been 9 hours. Lastly the gas tank was not filled as I was told it would be and I have 50 miles until E. Had it not been 7 when I left the dealership I would have mentioned it but I had already been there for over 3 hours. More
