The dealership was very accommodating to me and my dog ;) I at no time felt pressure to buy and the employees helped me through the decision. When negotiating the price, Gary seemed that he did everything in his power to sell me the vehicle I wanted for the payment I needed. I did not want to purchase an extended warranty at first, but the finance manager was able to reduce my interest rate making the extended warranty affordable, so I purchased. I have recommended the dealership to my family already. More
I didn't enjoy having to wait around for 2 hours to meet with someone in the finance department. Especially since I was paying cash and my transaction with them took not even five minutes. There has to be with someone in the finance department. Especially since I was paying cash and my transaction with them took not even five minutes. There has to be a more efficient and effective way to process a car purchase other than having one guy handle them all. It was a complete waste of my time. More
I bought my "certified" Toyota 4Runner from Toyota of Colorado Springs and I will never buy another car from them again. They lied to me about the cost of extended warranty and what it covered (GAP cove Colorado Springs and I will never buy another car from them again. They lied to me about the cost of extended warranty and what it covered (GAP coverage ($300) and first year of oil changes ($75)was not free as they had said). I was in such a rush to get back to work that I didn't notice the mistakes and signed off (I didn't even notice that my address was wrong on all the paperwork). I learned my lesson but I know that they took advantage of the situation since they said that I either finish the deal right then or the deal was off. I work for the military and if you get a call you need to get back to the office immediately. In the end I paid an extra $1,600 that I shouldn't have. In the end that is my fault that the dealership got away with it. To add insult to injury, the next day the check engine light came on and on my second visit to the service department during my first week of ownership I found out that the previous owner had the same problem and yet Toyota of Colorado springs didn't fix it and "certified" the car. Don't trust certification from this dealership!!! After six visits to the service department in the first four weeks of owning the 4Runner the problem was finally fixed only after I got the service manager involved. $4,000 worth of work later (which they did finally eat) my car seems to be o.k. Basically I want to warn anyone buying a car from here to read ALL the paperwork with a fine toothcomb and if possible save yourself the potential misery and go to a rebutable dealership in Denver (Liberty Toyota and Toyota of Colorado Springs are owned by the same people) More
I have some credit issues and found most dealerships incredibly disrespectful when it came to buying a car. Toyota of Colorado Springs, is the exception to the rule. They helped me find a great vehicle incredibly disrespectful when it came to buying a car. Toyota of Colorado Springs, is the exception to the rule. They helped me find a great vehicle and then went above and beyond to find me satisfactory financing. Most importantly, they made me feel like I deserved the best treatment regardless of my credit issues. I truly feel their sincerity was genuine and extremely professional. I cannot say enough good things about the salesperson, manager, and especially the finance manager. I am confident that this dealership and its staff would treat my Mother or any other member of my family the same respect and that's why I will definitely refer all my friends and family to this dealership for an auto. Thanks Toyota of Colorado Springs, you've got a customer for life! More

I rarely use the internet to comment but I think Toyota of Colorado Springs deserves some accolades for a job well done. Our salesperson Mark Myers, his manager Mr. Deetz, and the business manager Dan Chum of Colorado Springs deserves some accolades for a job well done. Our salesperson Mark Myers, his manager Mr. Deetz, and the business manager Dan Chumley not only were incredibly professional but gave us a great price! We love our Toyota and recommend this dealership hands down. We shopped the other local stores and found Toyota of Colorado Springs to be the best deal. Once we started the buying process that's when the dealership really started to shine. It was quick, effortless, and the vehicle was delivered perfect. We left the dealership with the feeling that it was the best experience ever and after a week we're undoubtably impressed with Toyota's product and the people that work at Toyota of Colorado Springs.
