I decided to give another Toyota dealership a try (because I like Toyota vehicles so much) and I called the Colorado Springs Toyota dealership. Vicki initially assisted me (over the phone). She was very friendly and able to answer all of my questions. She made the process so easy; which is important for me because the reason I am buying a car is because my other vehicle was totaled when I was hit by a drunk driver. I was not planning or expecting to purchase a vehicle, and I have never previously purchased a vehicle, so I was rushed and anxious about the process. Not only over the phone, but also when I arrived at the dealership, the employees were very friendly and easy to talk with. It did talk a little long to complete the financing paperwork, but their was a customer ahead of me. Overall I had an excellent experience and would recomment the Colorado Springs dealership to others (as well as I will tell everyone I know NOT to visit the Mountain States Toyota location off of 70th).
