Horrible We purchased a used certified Sequoia from this dealership and everything was fine until the very end, of course. When we were ready to leave with the vehicle we were then handed one key, to which I quickly asked "Where is the other key?", remembering our new Honda Pilot actually came with three keys. I was told, Oh it only has one key. When I asked about a second key, I was told they cost about $100-$200 from the parts department. Keeping in mind we just spent $35k+ on the vehicle and weren't even offered a second key for our business. Shocked would be putting it mildly. Next time I'll know to ask how many keys the vehicle has before signing the paperwork.. More

Mistrust I wanted a specific Toyota Tacoma. The one I wanted was due out for shipment but not to the Colorado Springs dealership. I was told if I put $1000 dow I wanted a specific Toyota Tacoma. The one I wanted was due out for shipment but not to the Colorado Springs dealership. I was told if I put $1000 down that I could secure the truck to the Colorado Springs dealership. The time I was told that it would arrive came and past. I text the salesman I was dealing with and ask him what was the status of it. Only to be simply told it was sold. If I had not asked than I would not have known this. Putting faith into this dealership was a total let down and I told the salesman that I cant do business with a company that is misleading. I am an active duty Soldier and with the Springs being a military town I am surprised at my experience, especially because I have read so many good reviews. I didn't even get an apology or follow up call from management. More
