Amazing Experience Me and my wife decided that we wanted to trade in our 2014 Kia Forte Ex and we did our research and decided that we wanted to get a Toyota. So we called around 9am and asked some questions and Ema was really polite and worked with us and she answered all of our questions. After maybe an hour we decided to go into the dealership. We were greeted with a genuine smile and greetings. Ema introduced me to Rob Pagura and from there he was the one that helped us. He helped us in everyday possible. We first thought we wanted the 2015 PriusC, which we test drove and it was very nice but it did not have all the accessories that we were looking for. Then we noticed the 2016 Scion iM, which had everything we were looking for. We test drove the car and immediately loved the car. We started to do the entire process and next thing you know we were done and got out of there with our new 2016 Scion iM.
