Was quoted $825 for a repair that was not needed. Went in for my routine oil change and reported that I was hearing vibration and inconsistent noise coming from my rear end of my Toyota Matrix. Dan the service guy told me my rear shaft was wobbly and bent and quoted me 825.Since it was a Friday they needed to order a part. I Went to 2 different mechanics on sun and Monday and was told that nothing was bent and everything looked fine underneath. When I reported this information to Dan he proceeded to laugh and rang my ticket up and replied have a good day. More

5,000 mile service Went for an appointment for a 5,000 mile service (2006 Tacoma 4x4). Asked Service representative if they completed a tire rotation, fluid check/fill, Went for an appointment for a 5,000 mile service (2006 Tacoma 4x4). Asked Service representative if they completed a tire rotation, fluid check/fill, chassis inspection, filter check, and other parts of a standard Toyota 5,000 mile service which he said was completed. Only performed an oil change. I checked everything over due to poor reviews and prior bad experience. Fluids were not filled, filters were not checked, tires were not rotated. I asked for this to be performed as per Toyota 5,000 mile service. Again, fluids were not filled, tires were not rotated. Third time I asked again for this to be performed and when given back to me the third time, the windshield washer reservoir was filled with black fluid. I went back and asked to get fixed and service rep said the color was normal due to mixing of orange and blue fluids and dismissed my concern. I spoke with manager as this was the fourth time the service was not completed correctly who then made sure the washer fluid was changed. I am concerned they did not do the other parts of then service to my truck and do not recommend going to this dealer. More
