My experience started in early December with another sales representative (who left the LHM dealership during this time) and ended in late April when Totyota finally delivered the vehicle after first taking their time to decide whether they "wanted" to accept my factory order request, then delaying the projected delivery. So, overall I say thumbs up to the LHM staff and a big thumbs down to the Toyota USA corporation.
