He was a no nonsense knowledgeable salesman. He brought the value of buying a new car over a used one to light and combine that with the pricing he gave me I'm glad I made the switch. The process was quick with him. He gave me impressive pricing right off the bat and after the final paperwork Stacy made sure everything was set up in my car for me and answered all my questions. I purchased my Toyota RAV4 off the showroom floor in 2009. I have not had one pleasant experience regarding service and upkeep of this car since. In fact, I also have a Lexus purchased from Kuni and this is where I take my Toyota for minor service such as oil changes. For tires and all of the numerous recalls I dred going to Toyota, but feel I have to. I have been quoted prices for tires and upon checkout the receipt is total different. When I first start dealing with Toyota of Motor City, I received emails. I just recently found out that my email was now listed as "quickie777@....". What is that all about? Just recently I was told that Toyota had the parts for a recall repair. I scheduled an appointment only to be told that they did not have the tool to do the work. It just seem like Toyota of Motor City has a real problem with trust and professionalism when it comes to customers and customer service. More
