Disappointed I will start with saying that I bought our car just a few weeks ago through this branch and that process went quite well. I am not disappointed with that but rather the negligence the service department has presented. They called me in to install the bra on my car. They installed it wrong and told me they would need to keep it overnight to redo it. After that I never heard a word (did not even call to tell me that it was ready to be picked up or that the bra was installed). We show up that next Evening and found out (through a long and scrambling process) that my car was broken into because they did not lock my car. They cleaned out all personal affects including the bill of sale and temporary registration. I needed that to go get our car registered and it also means that I am officially at risk for Identity theft. They also cleaned out the electronics in the car and left it useless. Well, after finding this out my husband was told that night we would get four years of Identity theft protection, we would talk about the loss of income involved, I could get copies of our documents and they would fix the car. The next day... never heard a word (should have been their first call). In fact until we showed up they did not say anything... I talked to the managers again and they said one year identity theft ... but still need to talk about that later, we could still talk about loss of income and personal items and they would have my car fixed in a couple of hours. They managed to get it running but not completely fixed. We still have a small interior damage that we have not heard any updates on a week later. We still have not received any calls about our paperwork, loss of income, loss of personal items... so on and so forth. BAD BUSINESS. This will be posted as many review sites as I can find because it was just such bad business. I was patient, kind and understanding.. they took advantage of that. Keep in mind.. a police report was never filed either. More

I hadn't talked to anyone yet and didn't even know my current vehicles worth or if I was honestly even interested in trading my vehicle in. Brandon sat down with me and went over every thing and showed me different vehicles in my price range and took his time to explain and go over everything I wanted to go over. I am extremely undeceive and hate feeling pressured. I also can be hard to work with at times and also had my daughter with me who he got a coloring book for and was very patient while i cared for her as well. He never made me feel like I was wasting his time for asking so many questions and not making a decision that very second. When I am ready to trade down I will defiantly be coming back to work with him. I couldn't of had a better experience. More
