This service department took great care of us and our 2018 AWD Sienna. Our transmission was failing prematurely and Dan Moran and Scott Gardunio both went above and beyond to get Toyota to cover a large 2018 AWD Sienna. Our transmission was failing prematurely and Dan Moran and Scott Gardunio both went above and beyond to get Toyota to cover a large portion of the cost of the major repairs. They also provided a loaner vehicle and kept us well informed of the status of our repair. We’ve owned 6 Toyotas since moving to Colorado Springs and this service department has always provided outstanding service for us. Highly recommend. More

Do not schedule an appointment with the service center. I have NEVER been so disrespected in my entire life. I scheduled an appointment to get an oil change at 7am. When I showed up at 7am, all the doors a I have NEVER been so disrespected in my entire life. I scheduled an appointment to get an oil change at 7am. When I showed up at 7am, all the doors are locked. All the people inside, straight up ignored me. FINALLY, a guy comes out and apologized and told me to pull up to the bay door and someone would be right out to assist me. After 20 minutes, the bay door opened and I went to pull in as instructed, they nearly closed the door on the front end of my car!! After that, still no one came out to talk to me or apologize for nearly crushing my front end. What an absolute horrible experience that I definitely will be telling everyone I know. Horribly rude and dangerous company. More
